What services does XYZOID offer?
We specialize in 3D printing, laser engraving, and custom-made products. Whether you need a unique gift, a prototype, or a personalized creation, we’re here to bring your ideas to life.
What materials can you engrave?
We can engrave a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, leather, slate, coated metals, and more. If you’re unsure, just ask Mission Control.

Of course! You don’t need a finished file. Share your concept, sketch, or inspiration, and we’ll help turn it into a real product.
What if my order arrives damaged?

What if I receive the wrong item?
Mistakes can happen, but we’ll make them right. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos, and we’ll arrange the best solution.
Will my custom product look exactly like the preview?
We aim to match every design as closely as possible. Small variations in color, texture, material grain or finish may occur due to the production process.
Can I request a custom 3D print?
Absolutely! Send us your design or simply describe your idea, and we’ll work with you to create a custom 3D printed product tailored to your needs.
How long does a custom project take?
It depends on the complexity of the project. Most custom orders are designed, produced, and ready to ship within a few business days, but larger projects may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship to many countries. Shipping options and delivery times depend on your location and will be shown during checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our side. For non-custom items, please contact us before returning your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellation before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, changes may no longer be possible, especially for personalized items.
What file formats do you accept for custom projects?
We accept common 3D and design formats such as STL, OBJ, STEP, SVG, AI, DXF, PNG, and PDF. If you’re not sure what to send, simply contact Mission Control and we’ll guide you through the process.
